Ole Wanscher Mahogany Sideboard by Ole Wanscher for A.J. Iversen, 1950s

An elegant and finely detailed five drawer mahogany sideboard or server of Classical influence having a wide central drawer above an arched, reeded apron flanked by two drawers on each side all having a subtle beaded edge and simple, solid brass bale handles. The case is raised appreciably off the floor by four straight legs with modest ripple like groves in a nod to Thomas Chippendale.
