Brushed Chrome & Aluminum Torchiere for THV

Standing lighting device evincing the appearance of the classic Art Deco era torchiere popularized by early American modernists Walter von Nessen, Kurt Versen, Walter Baermann, et al circa 1932. Constructed of a brushed aluminum conical shade set atop a brushed chrome over solid brass column and circular weight cover. The loader (the base’s cast iron weight) has raised upper case letters ‘THV’ followed by the numbers ‘378’. Lamping is accomplished by a single, standard Edison socket bulb activated by a floor pedal switch.
